About Marty

Marty Knight is the author of Just Good Days.

He is the Founder and President of Knight Business Solutions, LLC.  The company provides consultative services that help businesses and individuals achieve their goals through complex program/project management; training and mentoring; troubled project rescue; and enterprise project launch.  That is “what Marty does.”  But that does not explain “who he is.”

Marty is a guy living a full, rich life without bad days.  He is passionate about his family, his faith in God and His Son, leadership and personal development.  He resides in central Arkansas with the high school sweetheart he married in 1984.  Their two happily-married children and three beautiful grandchildren live nearby.  He is an entrepreneur who loves seeing others succeed.

His extensive business experience includes the management of a broad range of complex, strategic projects; deployment of enterprise project management offices and methodologies; and inspiring others to positions of leadership.

Marty earned a Bachelor of Science in Business (Specialization in Project Management) from Capella University and also holds an Advanced Master’s Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University.  He has been a certified Project Management Professional with the Project Management Institute since 2003.

Finally, you may ask yourself how someone can claim to live without bad days.  Is that possible?  Well, sure some days are better than others, but for Marty it’s quite simple: he is a survivor of a rare childhood cancer who was given little chance of living into his teens.  By the grace of God, Marty has instead lived a very full life since 1975, experiencing Just Good Days.
